Principal Consultant Arun Dalaya has a total of 34 years of industry experience with an extensive background in Computer and Automation Engineering. Building on his Master’s in Analog & Instrumentation Engineering as well as Management Information Systems (modern day Informatics), he has built a career in all facets of engineering involved in the automation of manufacturing processes.
Starting at ORG Computer Systems, he systematically cultivated his engineering skills with industry giants such as Johnson & Johnson, Crayola and David Sarnoff Research spin-off. As an international consultant he has advised corporations on Automation Strategies, CSV Management, and GAMP Methodology. He has consulted with several companies in the Biological Sciences and Medical Devices industries, including J&J, SRI, Novartis, Schering-Plough, Pfizer, Thermo-Fischer Scientific, RelSys, Merz Pharma (Germany), Square Pharma (Bangladesh), and GES Pharma (Spain). Arun's educational background include a BE in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Yale University, and an MBA with concentration in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His strengths are leadership in innovation, continuous improvement and technical consulting. |
Megan Dalaya |
Megan Dalaya has worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 4 years, onsite at Sanofi, Genzyme, and AstraZeneca. She has a strong background in leading system development projects, database management, and data analysis. She is a 2012 graduate from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University where she double-majored in Business Management and Legal Studies in Business, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) in both concentrations.
During her undergraduate career, she participated in several organizations. One of her noteworthy accomplishments was holding the title of President of Delta Xi Nu Multicultural Sorority, Inc. Megan also participated in several programs with the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Newcomb House Womens' Programs, and Women in Business. Finally, she is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist, with Expert credentials in MS Excel, Access, Word, and PPT. Megan is currently an MBA Candidate at John's Hopkins University in Maryland. Her strengths include project and process management, technology assessment, and technical consulting. |
